Under investigationI have been under investigation now for over 5 weeks, I have tried many tickets, tried online live support, but nothing helped. I never did anythign wrong let that be clear. I have no idea where the accusations came from, and if ynk is sure that i did something wrong let them post it here. Then everybody will know what i did wrong and that i am a scammer. The last couple of weeks have been so annoying because some people from live support seem to really wanna try to help you, but in the end they allways say, no i cant help you. And every ticket is replied with:
"I understand that you are requesting for immediate release of your account. I'm sorry to tell you that we cannot give any specific or approximate timespan when your account will be released. Rest assured that members of our staff are doing their best regarding your issue. Thank you for your patience."
I even had people on live support tell me my account would only be banned from Exchange market and that i should give them one week, then i could go ingame again. Do you guys even know yourself whats going on?
I have had it by now with this bs approach i am a normal customer and i never did something wrong.
