Rohan Client help

Game ran good for a bit - then now when I start reactor then select Rohan then click game start - then wait for another window to open it checks my files then optimizes the files then - I start the game but then nothing happens.

I have to open client again and run two of them just to get the game to start - then it takes 5-10 mins to load up - or it will say the the web browser timed out - and have to repeat process over again any ideas how to improve loading time for client and web browser.
