Fix our version of Rohan, once and for all

There's a long list of nerfs that exist in this version that have ended up unbalancing this version of Rohan. I'll update this post tomorrow (studying for a final that I have at 8am...QQ) with a legit post about things that are just stupid that should have been adjusted/fixed a year ago yet have seen no ajdustment whatsoever.

Post here if you agree that you'd rather be playing phRohan, kRohan, or jRohan over this. I know damn well that I'd rather play any of their versions over this version, but IP bans ftl.

I'll update this post tomorrow with a legit POST (read: long.) about things that need fixing/adjusting, and Templars aren't even the main focus. Yes I will address them (actually helping them, but at the same time nerfing them...), but there's way more wrong with this game than just Templars. The solution to fixing an unbalanced game isn't to nerf everything until it's balanced, and I'll discuss that tomorrow.

I just like to write letters about things that irritate me, and tonight, this game did. The best part is I didn't even log-in this week for more than 2 hours total...just finally all got to me.
