Account banned for unknown reasons.I am Magician from Shielyn server and over the past 10 days I have been diligently trying to find the cause of my temporary lock for investigation that happened on the 22nd of december. I decided not to bring it to the forums because I know it would not help, but I feel like after learning the verdict I must seek for the public's help.
My account has been banned based on the accusation that I have somehow compromised an account other than my own, and which I don't even know which account it was and when it actually happened. I could say I didn't do anything, but then you would all just call me liars and take the side of the bigger corporation rather than trust the insignificant player behind the computer screen. I have asked for another investigation to be held and for IP's to be checked because I am 100% sure I have not logged onto any other accounts, nor asked for any persons account user/password in game.
So here I am, confused and to be frankly sad on new years day due to the fact I feel like I've been banned for circumstantial evidence at best, and really there is nothing I can do about it because YNK will not shed any light onto my case and disclose any detailed information to me. I earnestly implore the GM's to re-investigate the case, because truly I believe I have not done anything like compromise another person's account.
As of now, I have submitted yet another ticket and hopefully will get information regarding the closure of my account and hopefully will be able to straighten things out. I pray it all works out.
